Not great by a fairly long shot.
The animation was ok aswell as the drawing you did, but it wasn't funny, there were choppy shots sometimes and one voice actor was quite poor. Find out what kind of flash genre you are looking for and work on it, humor was very very mundane.
No, actually I'll stick with comedy. Your input is worth nothing to me for two reasons...
1. You seem to be missing the point of this cartoon - making people happy. This made a lot of people happy.
2. You have no background in Flash. Instead of harshly critisizing other peoples' work, try doing some yourself. You'll suck at it, I promise :)
In conclusion, I don't care what you think and I never will. Suck on that.

I don't know if it's the effect people try to achieve, but the "people talking through a long tube" echo is very poor sounding, and it's sadly why I have to lower the overall score.
Reguardless your grapgics were nice and you have a good flash.
(I suggest ambience sound to loop (well) and just regular crisp voices)

The fact it was jokes that today are hardly outragous, it really offers nothing. It wasn't funny and that seemed to be all you had going for you, no real animation, your graphics and sound for fine, but coem on, put something new into these things.
Hands down the best flash I have ever seen.
I may have reviewed this before, but your flashes are incredible.
The are worthy of television, it's almost like a film, the "camera" work, music, and the graphics, wow. And your animation too is just wonderful.

The graphics were subtle in simplicity in the bulk of scenes, but very nice in certain shots. The animation well done.
As for plot, I cannot say it was original, but the 1001 Wishes concept made it stand out that little bit more.
All in all, a very well done animation. Keep it up.
Everytime you watch it, you laugh an extra laugh.
Few flashes you see make you want to watch it over and over, the only thing I can relate to this is the flash Transitions here on NG

This taste of humor has lost it's flavor.
I'm sorry to say it, but the satirical "happy" person being violent is only funny so many times.
The voice acting of the Happy man was not too bad however, I'd be interested to see what else you can create.

I won't be as harsh as the previous critic, but this tutorial teaches nothing, it says what do, but not HOW to. This simply tells people who already know how to do it all .. how to.. pointless, explain it better and put more effort into it.
